Day 11

We spent most of the day in the car driving. We left Las Vegas in the morning, went into Arizona, and then by the evening were in Kaysville, Utah.  We did however have a few stops to make.  By the end of the day we had stopped or drove past 10 temples.

The St. George Temple- #6

I really enjoyed seeing this temple.  It is so old and beautiful.

The Cedar City Temple is currently being built.  Right as we drove past the exit did we realize that we could have stopped and seen it half done.  A little too late as we went by...

 Payson, Utah Temple #7

This might have been my favorite temple although I keep changing my mind.  It is gorgeous!  Loved this one.

Provo City Center Temple #8

Very cool.  Loved the brick.  The kids thought it was a little strange that this was a temple.

Provo Temple #9

Funny enough the kids liked this temple a lot. Natalie said this was her favorite one! Who would have guessed?

We spent some time driving around Provo looking at the MTC and BYU.  By the time we were finished everyone was ready to be done driving for the day.  So instead of stopping at all the temples in the SLC Valley we waved to them as we drove by on the freeway-- Timpanogas #10, Draper #11, Oquirrh Mountain #12, Jordan River #13, and Salt Lake #14.  The kids were so excited to reach our destination that evening--COUSINS!!

Day 11:  Olander's House, Kaysville, Utah,  Hooray, Hooray!!
