Fantasy Land was by far our favorite place to be. We spent most of our time there. For some reason the Peter Pan ride was the longest wait ever! We only got to go once on that ride but for the most part we hit ever thing else up a couple of times. Natalie loved the Alice and Wonderland ride and on a trip to the bathroom we literally ran into Alice and the Mad Hatter! She was so excited to see her.
Teacups!
After Mitch and I had gone on the teacups about four time we were done. You know you are getting old when they start to make you sick! But the kids LOVED them!
There is an Expedia commercial that I really like that shows a dad and his little boy in the teacups. I actual teared while on the teacups thinking about how special it was to be with my sweet little kids and sharing this time with them.
Dumbo!
Mitch trying to re-create Matt's famous elephant ride that makes us laugh everytime we see it.
So there a few rides in Disneyland that I think need to be retired, one of them being Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. What a strange, old ride!
One of the few rides that was closed while we were there was "Its a small world." We were all bummed out about that!
Matterhorn Bobsled
Everyone but Grandma and Lucy went on the Matterhorn. After the ride was over I asked both the girls if they liked it, neither of them did. When I asked if the snow monster was too scary for them both said they didn't see a snow monster because they had their eyes shut the whole time!
As you can see this was Cameron's favorite ride. We stood in line to ride this ride four other times and each time we were in line the ride would break down and we would have to get out of line. There are no fast passes for this ride so it was a real drag. Cameron was very discouraged that we were able to ride it only once.
AND photo proof that grandpa was on the trip with us!!
