Tony Horton
I am currently in Week 7 of P90X. I spend about a hour plus each night and three days in the morning with this GUY and he is killing me! I am hoping to see some great results but it has been a slow, long road of push-ups, pull-ups, weights, squats and lunges. My knees are hating it! In the mean time my blog has been lacking.... I will try to get back on track soon but for now I need to go do some P90X! And in the words of Tony, "Do your best and forget the rest!"
