Starting today and for the next week Cameron has early release day at school because of parent/teacher conferences. He gets home at 1:20 and today was a LONG afternoon. It is hard for a 6 year old boy to be confined inside and to be quiet while his sister is napping. Cameron reminds me of a tasmanian devil at times with the the speed and energy he possesses, it is non-stop! He and Julia were fighting all afternoon. Here are some quotes of the day from Cameron:
"Mom......Julia is being a maniac!"
"This feast is disgusting" (Cameron's comment on dinner)
"I am going to sit on the stairs" (Immediately said after popping a ball because he was being too crazy. A self-inflicted time out)
I definitely need to find things to keep him busy. Here is hoping that the coming week is a little less crazy and a bit more calm!
